Put Ellie on your home screen

Elevage runs in your browser, so there is no App Store download and nothing to update. Add it to your home screen once and it opens like any other app.

On iPhone or iPad

    Open Elevage in Safari

    Go to app.elevage.ai in Safari on your iPhone. This has to be Safari, not Chrome or another browser, because only Safari can add apps to the iOS home screen.

    Tap the Share button

    It’s the square with an arrow pointing up, in the bar at the bottom of the screen. If you don’t see it, scroll up slightly and the bar will reappear.

    Choose "Add to Home Screen"

    Scroll down the share menu until you find it. Tap Add in the top right, and Elevage appears on your home screen like any other app.

On Android

    Open Elevage in Chrome

    Go to app.elevage.ai in Chrome on your Android phone.

    Open the menu

    Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the browser.

    Choose "Install app"

    It may also read "Add to Home screen" depending on your Android version. Confirm, and Elevage installs to your app drawer.

Good to know

  • Microphone access. The first time you speak to Ellie, your phone will ask permission to use the microphone. Tap allow, or voice logging won't work.
  • It updates itself. Because Elevage runs in the browser, you always have the current version. There is nothing to reinstall.
  • Your login carries over. Adding Elevage to your home screen keeps you signed in, so you won't need to log in again each time.
